Highly Paid and Insecure

Hi i am working as software engineer in a small company with good number of people where we have good number of projects and amount of risk ,when the market is down is very less.I have been working in java since four years.There were many jobs before 2000 and jobs in IT lifted up the unemployment problem in many parts of the world.There was a sigh of relief and people were very happy.Whatever might be the reason later there had been many ups and downs in the industry where people faced many employment problems again .Either the company would remove the people or the company might itself get lost or the market itself might come down creating a problems again.Let us think seriously upon this problem and find out a common solution which might be helpful at the time of recession.Its very likely for anyone of us to go through the same cycle.Let us act now and take a decison and not forget the woes of the people in other industries too.IT people are also affecting the common peoples standard of living.When the people who are higly paid are ready to buy goods at any cost the same cost will be applicable to all common people.Lets not trouble others with our lifestyles and also let us not trouble oursevles with IT.Lets do something to make ourselves secure.I know i didnt handle the subject properly but i want others to join me who can do the job for the peoples welfare and also come up with a soultion to the existing known and unknow problems.This article is not meant to hurt anybody but only to bring security into the lives of all the people in the world regardless of the job he is doing.
